Upon payment of an annual $25 enrollment fee, dancers receive an official Studio West Dance Center tank or t-shirt. </span></h3> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">Tuition</span></u></h3> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">Monthly tuition is $50 for a 45 min. class, $55 for a 60 min. class, and $65 for a 90 min. class.   We offer a family or multiple class discount of 10% on <u>additional</u> classes of an equal or lower tuition rate within the same family.  We also offer a substantial discount in the form of a flat monthly tuition rate of $150 for any <u>one</u> student enrolled in four or more classes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">Monthly tuition payments are due the 1<sup>st</sup> of each month; payments received after the 15th of the month will incur late fees.  Payments can be made by cash or check.  <i>Credit cards are not accepted.</i>  A $20 fee will be charged on all returned checks.</span></p> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">SWDC generally follows the Poudre School District school calendar with classes in session from September through May.  Classes are generally not held on school breaks/holidays, but PLEASE check the SWDC calendar for details as they are announced.  Any cancellations due to weather will follow school district decisions as announced on TV, radio or <a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="http://www.psdschools.org/"> www.psdschools.org</a> .</span></p> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">Missed Classes</span></u></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial">There are no refunds or credits for missed classes or for classes which fall on a holiday.  However, if possible, your child may make up a class during another class with children of comparable age and skill.  Due to student-teacher ratios, arrangements must be made with the teacher before class time.   We cannot guarantee that your child will be able to make up a missed class.  After January, students unfortunately can not make up classes due to class-specific choreography for the spring recital.  </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial">We ask, if at all possible, that you notify the SWDC office at 225-1611 if your child will not be attending a scheduled class.</span></p> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">Withdrawal from the Program</span></u></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial">The school year dance program is an on-going program and is not a "session."  If you plan to withdraw your child from the program, we ask that you provide a minimum of two weeks notice.  </span></p> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">Requirements for Class Attire</span></u></h3> <address style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman; font-style: italic; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt"> <span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: Arial">SWDC recommends purchasing quality dancewear at Prima Bodywear or other local or online retailer of your choice.  We will be strict on our dress code as a uniform appearance truly helps the entire class focus on their form and technique.</span></address> <ul type="disc" style="margin-bottom: 0in"> <li class="MsoNormal"><b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">ballet.tap.jazz, ages 3-9:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">  Pink leather ballet shoes, black tap shoes, a solid black leotard, and pink tights are <u>required</u>.  A small skirt is acceptable.  Pull or pin hair back and no jewelry.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span> </li> <li class="MsoNormal"><b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">ballet.tap.jazz, ages 10+:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">  Pink leather ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and black jazz shoes are <u> required</u>.  A solid color leotard or <u>fitted</u> top and a black jazz pant are also <u>required</u>.  Hair should be pulled or pinned back and no jewelry should be worn.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial">break dance and hip hop, all ages:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family: Arial">  Either black tennis shoes or hip hop shoes are <u>required</u>.  Please wear a comfortable pant and top and no jewelry.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"> <span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family: Arial">We try to keep our costume fees as reasonable as possible.  There will be a non-refundable costume deposit due in November with the balance due in March for the recital.  Dancers receive costumes only after balances are paid in full.</span></p> <h3><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Arial">Performances</span></u></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial">All classes participate in a Winter Performance at the Foothills Fashion Mall as well as a more formal Spring Recital in May at the Lincoln Center.  Other performance opportunities to be announced.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;
