About the Class: This class is for the men and women who
still want to dance but may feel they
can't. There is no age limit to dance!
So if you want to have a fun and high
energy class with other adults just like
you, then sign on up to shake your booty
and have a great workout at the same
time. This class will learn choreography
and perform in the Winter show and
Spring Recitals, so here's your chance
to have fun while working out AND
perform for friends and family.
About the Instructor: Jennifer Girtell has been singing and dancing since she was five years old. Ms. Girtell attended the Denver School of Performing Arts and just graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Dance. She has worked with artists such as David Parsons, Kim Neal Nofsinger, Katie Elliot, David Kapps, Chung-Fu Chang and Mellisa Corr. Jennifer has a strong passion for choreography and has staged many works at Colorado State University, Denver School of Performing Arts and the Snowy Range Summer Dance Festival. Ms. Girtell teaches dance at the Colorado Academy of the Arts and is very excited to also be teaching here at Studio West Dance Center.
