Coreen Frawley is a
graduate from California State Polytechnic University in
Pomona with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in
Physiology. She grew up in Southern California and has been
dancing since the age of three. She has also been a dance
instructor for six years. Her dance background includes tap,
ballet, jazz and lyrical.
Coreen was an advanced tap instructor
for the past two years at Elite Dance Academy in Southern California. In
her time dancing at Elite Dance Academy, she participated in many
competitions and received several gold and platinum awards. Coreen also
took her own choreographed piece to a Dance Masters of America
competition in 2008 where the dance received a gold medal.
Coreen has been the lead character
in several ballet productions from the age of 14. These include Dorothy
in the Wizard of Oz, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, and a step sister and a
fairy in Cinderella.
Coreen recently moved to Fort Collins
and is in the process of applying to the College of Veterinary Medicine
here at CSU.
