Libby began practicing
yoga 8 years ago. It had such positive effect on her life that she decided
to become a teacher. She became certified through the Yoga Alliance in early
2008 and has been teaching ever since. She began her own practice with
Bikram yoga, but discovered a love for Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Anusara. Libby
believes that a healthy, regular, challenging, and embodied yoga practice
will lead to an enriched life. Her hope is to assist students as they find
inspiration and benefits for the mind, body and soul through yoga.
