CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY WITH MISS JENNIFER! 
Birthdays are something special... make your dancer's next birthday an occasion to remember by having a dance party hosted by Miss Jennifer.  Ballet or Hip Hop parties in two different party packages are available to book now!

Having your own birthday dance party is easy!

  1. Get the Details:  Check out our Birthday Dance Party Flyer for party package descriptions and prices as well as all the specifics and party policy information you need to know to have a spectacular birthday party for your dancer.
  2. Check your Dates: Once you've reviewed the flyer and are ready to book your party, you can come by the studio or call us at 225.1611 during office hours to check on dates and times available OR send an email to dance@swdcfc.com with 3 possible party dates/times and we will get back to you with dates available.  We can 'pencil you in' on the schedule by phone, but your party is not guaranteed until you turn in a signed Birthday Party Contract and pay the $50 deposit.
  3. Submit Contract and Deposit:  Print and complete a copy of our Birthday Party Contract (also available in studio).  You can turn the contract and deposit check for $50 (made payable to SWDC) into us during office hours, via our drop box, or by mailing to:  Studio West Dance Center, 3523 South Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
    Once we have received your signed contract and $50 deposit, we will call or email you with a party confirmation. 
  4. Complete Minor Consent Forms:  Please note that all children participating in the party MUST have their parent/guardian complete our Minor Consent Form in order to be able to dance at Studio West.  No child will be allowed to participate in dancing without this signed form, no exceptions.  We strongly encourage you to send a copy of the form with your birthday party invitations.  We will also have this form available at the studio for parents to complete at the beginning of the party.
  5. Get Ready to Party!  Inform your party guests of what to wear, show up on time and be ready for a great birthday experience that won't soon be forgotten.  Party balances will be due and must be paid at the time of the party.
