FALL ENROLLMENT BEGINS! 
Fall enrollment for our school year dance program begins Tuesday, July 20, 2010 and continues through October 15.  During fall enrollment, please follow the enrollment process below. 

If you are new to SWDC and haven't done so already, you may wish to browse our web site.  You can view pictures of the studio in our photo album, learn about our mission and our wonderful staff, etc.   For new or returning students, review our Back to Dance '10-'11 informational flyer.  Check out the dance center class schedule for classes that meet your needs and also for current availability (we will note when classes are "FULL" by shading them in red on the class schedule).

ENROLLMENT PROCESS: 
It's easy to enroll in our dance program, simply follow these steps for a quick and convenient experience:
NOTE:  For Adult classes, please use our adult class online enrollment form.

1. When you are ready to enroll, you may either submit your enrollment request online or download/print the paper form.
2. If you submit your enrollment request online, please print your Enrollment Request Confirmation page.  If you do not print your confirmation page, simply fill out the paper form and note that you submitted your enrollment online as well.  Then you have 10 business days to perform steps 4 - 6  to complete your enrollment and guarantee your space. 
3. If you use the paper form, perform steps 4 - 6 as quickly as possible; for best results, the online form is encouraged.
4. You MUST complete and sign 3 additional enrollment forms (these must be submitted every year).  Without all 3 of these signed forms, your child/ren can not attend class.

   • Minor Consent and Liability Waiver

5. An annual, non-refundable enrollment fee of $35 per dancer or $50 per family (residing at same address)is required.  For students who enroll by October 1, your enrollment fee includes a free official SWDC tank top.  Tanks will be distributed to students in November.  You may pay the enrollment fee by credit card by completing the Method of Payment portion on either the paper form or the online confirmation page.
6. Put all your paperwork together (the 3 enrollment forms plus your online confirmation or paper enrollment form) - with the completed Method of Payment portion - and turn everything into the studio (either in person or by mail or fax). 

That's it!  SWDC will confirm by email or phone when enrollment is complete so that you will know you are all set.
